​Founded in 2020 by Italo Xavier Santos, Xavier Construction Services LLC began as a one-man operation committed to quality craftsmanship and honest communication. What started with small remodeling jobs in Danbury quickly grew as word spread: homeowners loved our attention to detail, transparent estimates, and “no-surprises” project management. Today, our licensed and insured team handles everything from custom home builds to outdoor living spaces across Connecticut and into neighboring New York.

With a background in fine carpentry and a passion for problem-solving, Italo oversees every project personally. When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him sourcing new materials, refining processes, or mentoring our crew to uphold the Xavier standard of excellence.
